About the job B2C Brand Communication Superintendent
Main Duties
- Develop and execute B2C brand communication strategies to strengthen INSEE's brand presence and market leadership.
- Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, digital marketing, media, events, POSM, and customer engagement programs.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, brand performance tracking, and customer insights.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and market activation activities.
- Manage branding budgets, agencies, vendors, and ensure brand compliance across all channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Brand Communication team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Communication, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in B2C Brand Management (FMCG, Construction Materials, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, etc.).
- 1–3 years of people management experience in a reputable international company.
- Experience working with advertising/media agencies.
- TOEIC 725+ and strong communication skills.
- Strong project management, analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
