Main Duties

  • Develop and execute B2C brand communication strategies to strengthen INSEE's brand presence and market leadership.
  • Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, digital marketing, media, events, POSM, and customer engagement programs.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, brand performance tracking, and customer insights.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and market activation activities.
  • Manage branding budgets, agencies, vendors, and ensure brand compliance across all channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Brand Communication team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Communication, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2C Brand Management (FMCG, Construction Materials, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • 1–3 years of people management experience in a reputable international company.
  • Experience working with advertising/media agencies.
  • TOEIC 725+ and strong communication skills.
  • Strong project management, analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
