I2I Lab Engineer

Main Duties

• Perform concrete, mortar, cement, and material testing according to technical standards and laboratory procedures.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management requirements.
• Research, develop, and improve testing methods to support product quality and innovation.
• Support technical consulting activities, including mix trials, VIP testing, and on-site technical solutions for customers.
• Deliver technical training programs for internal teams and customers.
• Supervise contractors and ensure laboratory safety, quality, and operational compliance.
• Follow all OHS and safety regulations during testing and laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Materials, Materials Engineering, Silicate Materials, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory testing and management under ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Hands-on experience in testing cement, aggregates, drymix, and concrete.
• Strong knowledge of concrete troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and risk management.
• Experience in planning laboratory activities and managing contractors.
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and continuous improvement attitude.
