About the job OHS Officer

Main Duties

  • Implement and monitor compliance with Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS) requirements across Supply Chain operations.
  • Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, investigate incidents, and prepare accident/incident reports.
  • Perform risk assessments, monitor high-risk activities, and implement safety improvement actions.
  • Carry out field safety observations, including Working at Height, LOTO, Vehicle & Traffic Safety, Lifting Operations, and Working Near Water.
  • Manage Contractor Safety Management (CSM) programs and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in OHS/HSE within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and contractor safety management.
  • Strong communication, training, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong safety mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to work in the field.
