Agents will handle inbound calls from customers looking to book a room using Snaptravel service.

Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction

· Proven written and verbal skills

· Excellent command of the English language

· Active Listener and a clear and articulate speaker

· Committed, ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic

· Quality oriented

· High sense of urgency and task oriented

· Ability to think and respond quickly

· Ability to work nights and/or a 24/7 schedule

· Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.

Desired Qualifications

Call center and reservation experience preferred

Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems

Secondary Level Passes in Mathematics and English Language

Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

Excellent listening skills and a silvery voice

Dedication to customer satisfaction

Desired Experience:

1yr plus Call Centre Experience

1yr plus Hotel Front Desk Experience

Previous Customer Service Experience
