About the Role
ICP is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for one of our U.S.-based clients in the construction and mechanical insulation industry. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and efficient material deliveries for ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement, particularly in construction or related industries. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English to effectively communicate across teams and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material deliveries by liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders, including project managers, site teams, and suppliers, to provide updates on deliveries, potential delays, and schedule adjustments.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Track and update delivery schedules while proactively addressing potential disruptions.
- Ensure smooth documentation and compliance with internal policies and supplier agreements.
- Resolve logistical issues by working with vendors, freight providers, and site teams to troubleshoot problems in real time.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and provide insights to optimize processes.
- Provide regular status reports on supply chain activities to leadership and project managers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with U.S.-based teams and vendors.
- Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement (preferably in construction or mechanical insulation).
- Strong organizational and communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle delivery challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs to assess supply chain efficiency and improve operational performance.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt / Jordan, with working hours from 4 PM 1 AM Egypt Time, Monday through Friday, to align with US Central Time.
