About the Role

ICP is hiring an Salesforce Administrator for one of our U.S.-based clients in the construction and mechanical insulation industry. This role is focused on improving internal workflows by supporting the Estimating Coordinator team and optimizing the use of Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce, project management, or process improvementideally within construction or technical services. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English to work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver results that improve estimating operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Estimating Coordinator team to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to streamline estimating processes, including data tracking and reporting.
  • Train internal team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of operational changes and identify further optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and IT) to ensure Salesforce is aligned with broader systems and business processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Create clear documentation, including workflows, guides, and configuration logs, to ensure process sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, project coordination, or process optimization, preferably within a construction or technical operations setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and align stakeholders.
  • Strategic and detail-oriented thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and KPI tracking tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced environments is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt, with working hours from 4 PM 1 AM Egypt Time, Monday through Friday, to align with U.S. Central Time.

Our office is located in Nasr City.
