As a Product Designer at Innovate Group, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and desktop applications. You will collaborate with our team to create designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Attributes:

• Creative and detail-oriented designer
• Strong visual design skills for web and desktop projects
• Familiarity with social media and marketing design trends
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Do not apply if you lack this skill
• Effective time, task, and resource management
• Team player with an approachable and helpful demeanor
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation in design

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Figma
• Knowledge of DS
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Experience in web, UX/UI design
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of development processes for smooth design handoff
• Knowledge of React (a plus)
• Experience with SEO and community management (a plus)
• Experience with Tableau report design (considered a significant plus).

Other Skills:

• Excellent English comprehension (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Approachable and helpful
• Consistent in delivering creative design projects
• Eager to learn and apply new knowledge
• Comfortable facing clients and initiating new design projects

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant web/UI design experience
• Experience working on B2B/B2C projects for the U.S. market (a plus)
