We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer is required to provide hands-on support for network, server, and end-user environments, including onsite operational support.

Contractor Role - Initial 24 months plus potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for IT infrastructure
  • Manage servers, networks, and system environments
  • Monitor system health and performance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system issues
  • Support implementation of infrastructure upgrades and changes
  • Ensure security and patching compliance
  • Support end-user and business operational systems
  • Participate in incident response and resolution

Technical Skills

  • Windows Server administration
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, switching, firewalls)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure environments (desirable)
  • Strong troubleshooting capability

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills (user-facing role)
  • Ability to work onsite as required
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
