Office Administrator (WPEP Role)

Location: Gorey, Co. Wexford
Programme: Work Placement Experience Programme (WPEP)
Duration: 30 hours per week

Eligibility for the Work Placement Experience Programme (WPEP)

To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Unemployment Status: You must have been continuously unemployed for at least six months.
  • Social Welfare Requirement: You must currently be in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment from the Department of Social Protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience aligned with INNOVATEs customer-first approach.
  • Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Support various departments, reflecting INNOVATEs collaborative culture.
