About the Role:
Our client's Business division operates across all business markets, offering Ireland's fastest broadband and a comprehensive range of data, voice, and security solutions. This dynamic role, reporting to the Enterprise Sales Manager, focuses on expanding market share. The successful candidate will sell various product sets, from cable broadband to dedicated internet, managed Wi-Fi to security solutions, involving both virtual and in-person customer interactions
Duties & Tasks:
- Interacting with clients and stakeholders and maintaining good relationships.
- Delivering presentations and webinars.
- Manage your customer base through various mediums
- Upsell to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual KPIs and Targets.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline, key metrics and KPIs.
- Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to align effort and maximise effectiveness.
- Upselling across multiple product sets and verticals as agreed with the Enterprise Sales Manager.
- Negotiate commercial terms and multi-year agreements with our customers
- Manage your time effectively
- Use social media to your advantage.
- Work to agreed product, market and business rules
- Work to go to market strategies on new product.
- Constantly improve with self-learning
- Gain a competitive understanding of the clients you are working with
- Other duties may be required from time to time
You will need:
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A proven track record in building relationships with customers.
- A reasonable technical knowledge and understanding of the technologies in this space.
- Full Drivers License required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and embrace change.
- High attention to detail, someone who cares about quality in everything they do.
- Passion for building great and lasting relationships with our customers.
- The ability to communicate with customers over the phone.
- To be comfortable overcoming objections, queries and concerns.
- To enjoy working towards targets in a sales environment.
