Mission of the post

HELP THE HR DURING THE MISSION OF AMONG ALL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.

Job functions

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Assisting on the management of staff and personnel recruitment processes, both directly or through agencies or manpower contracting companies.
  • Run internal and external interviews aimed at recruiting new staff or filling in vacant positions

Payroll & Remunerations:

  • Prepare the monthly payrolls and pay slips and ensure that salaries and other compensations are paid on time.

Personnel management

  • Control attendance to work and work places and compliance with work time.
  • Prepare all relevant paperwork and communications to employees, such as issuing warning letters, experience letters, salary certificates and so on.
  • Elaborate and submit employees data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintain employees personal files information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the Company´s HR policies, strategies and action plans.
  • Assist the HR Manager in representing the Company before government or public authorities and administrative bodies, in particular before Labor Authority and Social Security administrations, as well as before social partnership or other economic, labor or civil society organizations.
  • Register and remove employees on GOSI.
  • Register, renew and remove employees from insurance companies.
  • Handle the administration of the Biometric system or any other kind of controlling the attendance:

Maintain employee records.

Ensure that changes in employee data are entered correctly and made on a timely basis

Review changes for proper authorization.

Support on any other administrative or logistic function that might be necessary.

Experience required

5 years.

Educational and Vocational Qualifications

Bachelor Degree.

Psycho-physical aptitude
