The Opportunity

As a Data Center Segment Expert, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for our high-capacity power solutions across Southeast Asia. You will act as the primary hunter and relationship lead for the data center market, identifying new business opportunities and managing complex negotiations with global key accounts, specialized consultants, and system integrators. Your mission is to aggressively grow our regional pipeline and convert critical infrastructure projects into profitable long-term partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Acquisition: Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target accounts to propose and close high-value power solution deals.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain deep, long-term relationships with end-customers, influencers, and major contractors across the data center ecosystem.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with local, regional, and global internal teams to craft persuasive technical pitches and win strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Pipeline Strategy: Proactively build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline from discovery to closure, ensuring all project data is accurately tracked in our CRM.
  • Market Analysis & Forecasting: Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets specifically for the SEA Data Center market based on deep knowledge of market conditions and competitive landscapes.
  • Channel Guidance: Collaborate with internal sales teams and distribution partners to provide guidance on pricing and quotation strategies for the regional network.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in high-value B2B sales, specifically within the Data Center or Critical Power Infrastructure sectors.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to define, negotiate, and close complex business relationships with multi-level stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Expert knowledge of current SEA market conditions, competitor movements, and technical solutions within the power group.
  • Network: An existing strong network of consultants, contractors, and key accounts within the regional data center space is highly preferred.
