We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional HR Manager for one of our logistics client. This role will support regional HR operations and play a key part in executing HR strategies and driving consistent HR practices across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global HR Director and regional leadership to support workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, performance reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administration, ensuring accurate documentation, HR system updates, and process efficiency.
  • Maintain employee records and HR data integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
  • Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across the organisation.
  • Act as a key HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and workplace issues for Singapore and assigned regional offices.
  • Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and management dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Assist with HR audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR systems, tools, and operational processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (IHRP-CP/SP certification is advantageous).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to regional or multinational environments.
  • Strong experience across full-spectrum HR, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labour regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and support business leaders on people matters.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
