Sales Representative for an Innovative Medical Device Company
InkarasBio is recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device company specializing in developing cutting-edge solutions for healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to focus on promoting a state-of-the-art bladder scan product in the Hauts-de-France and Normandy regions.
As a Sales Representative, you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase market share of the innovative bladder scan product while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
We are seeking individuals who are ambitious and eager to learn, with a positive attitude toward growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong rapport with customers. While prior B2B sales experience is an advantage, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics in the Hauts-de-France and Normandy regions.
- Promote and sell the bladder scan product to potential customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, such as conferences and trade shows, to generate leads and network.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both new and existing customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
Previous B2B sales experience (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of the medical industry and healthcare providers in the Hauts-de-France and Normandy regions (preferred).
Fluency in French and English (required), as training will be conducted in English.
