Data Analyst

We are recruiting a seasoned Data Analyst to join our client's team and take a pivotal role in steering their data-driven initiatives forward. You will have the unique opportunity to shape our future strategies by harnessing complex data sets and turning them into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Data Sources: Dive deep into existing data sources, understand data models, and unravel relationships and patterns. Your expertise in data models from 1-to-many relationships to complex normalization patterns will be key.
• Drive Data Strategy: Architect the roadmap for future data strategies. This involves everything from profiling data sources and identifying data anomalies to crafting detailed data models and schemas.
• Lead and Collaborate: Engage with a diverse team of stakeholders across the company, from system owners to IT professionals, ensuring data alignment with business processes. Your role will involve leading initiatives and making strategic decisions that impact on the core of our business.

Requirements:

• Someone with a minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, and hands-on experience with SQL, AWS, Databricks, Postgres, and ETL processes.
• A curious mind eager to explore and understand complex data landscapes.
• A clear communicator capable of translating intricate data insights into understandable and actionable strategies.
• Experience in Clinical Research Data will be a big plus.
