Job Summary
The Technology Pre-Sales & Client Solutioning Leader is responsible for championing the Technology Pre-Sales practice, supporting Sales and Front-End teams in identifying and securing new business opportunities across multiple industries and international geographies. This role focuses on designing innovative, data and AI-powered solutions, developing competitive pricing models, and ensuring seamless client onboarding and technology transitions. The position is pivotal in driving our client's growth through strategic solutioning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the maturity and effectiveness of Technology Pre-Sales practice by identifying and implementing domain-specific, data & AI-powered solutions through market research and innovation.
- Serve as the lead Technology SPOC, collaborating closely with Sales, Business Growth, and Front-End teams throughout the sales lifecycle (RFI, RFP, due diligence, client presentations).
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, solution descriptions, and graphical diagrams for prospective clients as part of client due diligence.
- Lead and engage in client presentations, due diligence sessions, customer checkpoints, and management/legal reviews.
- Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, providing high-level, client-specific technology solution designs, cost estimates, implementation timelines, and responses to due diligence and security questionnaires.
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to colleagues and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Lead the gathering of business requirements and collaborate with Technology Subject Matter Experts, partners, and OEMs to design complex, client-specific technology solutions.
- Travel as required with migration and sales teams to meet clients, understand their environments, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Independently manage RFI/RFP responses, ensuring solutions are aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive costing and pricing inputs in line with proposed solutions.
- Oversee technology project management, enablement, and integration, ensuring projects follow a structured process from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to ensure all technology elements are accurately captured in MSAs and SoWs.
- Ensure cost management for new client onboarding, including identification, approval, tracking, and reporting of technology enablement costs.
- Lead technology onboarding and transitions for new client engagements, managing cross-functional technology teams in complex, project-based environments.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery of all project milestones and final deliverables within budget and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison to project management team, proactively communicating project status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct solution reviews and oversee all project-related quality initiatives to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Ensure complete documentation of client-specific technology policies and procedures, aligned with our client's business interests, and oversee their implementation.
- Manage key internal and external interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in technology pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related field, preferably in a global or multi-industry environment.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering data & AI-powered solutions; strong understanding of technology pricing, costing, and commercial models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with legal and commercial aspects of technology engagements, including MSAs, SoWs, and compliance requirements.
- Strong mentoring and team development skills, with a track record of providing on-the-job training and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
