Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Senior System Architect with specialized expertise in the Smart Dispute Framework. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Pega applications, particularly focusing on Smart Dispute solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega architecture, possess hands-on experience with Smart Dispute Framework development, Streamlining workflows for intake & investigation & Streamlining Consumer claims for fraud & disputes

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and design robust Pega Smart Dispute Framework solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
  • Take a hands-on approach to develop and implement complex Pega applications, utilizing your expertise in Smart Dispute Framework components.
  • Customize and configure Pega applications to meet business needs, ensuring the optimal use of Smart Dispute Framework capabilities.
  • Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Pega applications to identify and address any issues, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and architectural diagrams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong emphasis on Smart Dispute Framework development.
    Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
  • Deep understanding of Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Smart Dispute Framework architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
