We are currently recruiting for VP Sales Leader - L&A Insurance for one of our key customers, a Nasdaq-listed global data analytics and solutions company.
Summary:
Seasoned Sales Leader will be responsible for selling BPO, Digital Transformation & IT Services to Life & Annuity (L&A) customers. This role will be of an individual contributor(hunter role) and he/she will be supported by and Sales Enablement Team. This role will report to the Head of Sales. The primary job function will be to generate and close deals for L&A Market with the top US insurance firms focusing on Carriers/ Brokers, and life insurers.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline opportunities large ( $10+M), multi-year deals leveraging Operations, Platform, and digital capabilities with a focus on CX transformation
- Build, grow and sustain effective CXO, EVP, SVP relationships within the top 100 US Insurance firms
- Ensure successful positioning, negotiating and closing multi-million, multi-year agreements as well as bid, partner and contract management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling Insurance Software/ services to L&A Companies.
- Ability to think of an end-to-end solution to solve client requirements
- Problem solver with a passion to find a solution creatively
- Bachelors/Masters MBA from one of the Top business schools in the US preferred
- Background must include managing complex pursuits in L&A space, able to readily demonstrate executive-level connections in the target accounts
- Experience in building new key relationships across client organizations from CIO, COO to process owners by understanding the political complexities, delivering customized value propositions and creating credibility
- Good understanding of L&A functional domain in the US.
- Candidates with Existing CXO-level relationships in the life industry will be preferred
