Role and Responsibilities:

  • Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
  • Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with clients data/ IT teams to resolve issues
  • Use variety of analytical tools (SQL, SAS, Python, GA, Heap, Optimizely, Excel, Tableau) to carry out analysis and drive conclusions
  • Interacts regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving results
  • Leads project teams of 3-6 consultants or more, and/ or Team Lead and Analysts in all aspects of project execution
  • Work closely with client marketing teams to solve complex problems in digital marketing analytics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Addressable Digital, Website, SEO)
  • Manages team members, including definition of objectives, oversight of execution and evaluation of performance
  • Provides thought leadership and delivers business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to their clients' success
  • Manages communication between senior leadership team and clients to update project progress and solicit feedback on project deliverables

Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design and client management
  • Preferred experience in marketing analytics in banking industry in the following fields:
    • Experience running analytics for search engine marketing, paid social, search engine optimization, A/B testing, website traffic, funnel conversion, marketing attribution and customer behavior
    • Technical proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, optimizely, tableau, heap, SQL
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
  • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
