An exciting opportunity has emerged for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join a fast-growing organisation operating across the African iGaming and sports betting landscape. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who understands the commercial dynamics of emerging markets and thrives on building long-term operator partnerships across the continent.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening operator relationships, and supporting the commercial expansion of marketing initiatives across multiple African jurisdictions.
Your key job responsibilities as Key Account Manager will include:
- Drive the commercial and financial management of regional marketing and partnership projects
- Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and opportunity identification across African markets
- Develop and present commercial proposals for campaigns, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Negotiate, coordinate, and oversee campaign execution with operators, vendors, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with operators and third-party stakeholders across Africa
- Lead follow-up engagement with partners to support expansion and positioning of products and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and jurisdictional requirements across markets
- Deliver performance tracking, reporting, and commercial insights to senior stakeholders
- Manage internal commercial systems, marketing applications, and campaign programs
- Monitor project performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of commercial and campaign-related data
Requirements for this Key Account Manager role:
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Key Account Management or a similar role
- Previous experience within the iGaming, betting, or digital entertainment sector preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage complex priorities
- Strong computer literacy and reporting capability
- Professional command of English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel internationally within Africa (approximately once per month)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and relationship-focused mindset
