Job description

As the Technical Product Owner, you will lead our product strategy and prioritization of product delivery, ensuring our B2B SaaS solution aligns with customer needs and business goals. You will report directly to our co-founder, help shape the future of our products and its impact on the real estate industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving product value for our ESG & Building Automation SaaS solutions;

• Setting and maintaining the roadmap together with our co-founder;

• Owning the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business goals and customer needs;

• Developing relationships with key accounts to gather feedback and co-create tailored solutions;

• Using data to improve product performance, measure success, and enhance customer outcomes;

• Leading product sprint planning and iterative delivery using Agile methodologies;

• Driving product innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, benchmarks, and compliance standards;

• Cross-functional collaboration including with customer success and new business.

Profile

• Proven results in product ownership/management experience in software;

• Experience in Agile and data-driven decision-making;

• You are willing to work on-site at our beautiful office in Amsterdam 4 days a week;

• Proven track record of driving long-term product growth with measurable results;

• Strong technical understanding, with experience working closely with engineering teams;

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English;

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for various stakeholders;

• B2B SaaS preferred - or strong ideas on how to get good at the B2B SaaS market;

• Familiarity with smart building technologies and ESG software is a plus.
