Description Role: Will analyze the data & patterns, formulating hypotheses on potential solutions, and developing an analytical approach & pattern analysis to identify what logic or query could be used to ascertain Primary & Secondary Reason Codes for the customer call, to enable Reason Codes to be able to be identified & generated in an automated fashion rather than manual drop-down selection as is done today.
