Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team and drive the successful delivery of complex Salesforce CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing Salesforce projects, particularly within global, multi-cultural environments. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, as well as a proven track record in program management, Agile delivery, and client engagement.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for Fortune 500 clients across various industries.

Serve as the primary functional point of contact for stakeholders, gathering business requirements, translating them into functional designs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage cross-functional Agile teams across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Mexico, India, Israel) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.

Deliver intuitive customer and B2B portals, enhance Contact Centers, and develop modern CRM solutions that improve user experience and drive operational efficiency.

Lead workshops, define functional roadmaps, and create scalable, reusable Salesforce solutions.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Oversee data migration and validation activities during Salesforce implementations, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., Tableau, DevOps tools).

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder expectations and building long-term relationships.



Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce delivery roles, with a focus on functional leadership, program management, or scrum mastery.

Hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

Demonstrated experience in delivering CRM modernization projects and digital customer portals.

Proven success leading large Agile delivery teams on complex Salesforce programs.

Deep understanding of Agile principles, DevOps tools, testing strategies, and platform best practices.

Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant).

Experience working within industries such as Automotive, Financial Services, TMT, Consumer & Retail, or Public Sector.

Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Tableau, SQL, and marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with additional technologies such as HTML, Ruby, and Justinmind Prototyper is a plus.

MBA or equivalent degree with a focus on Marketing or Change Management.
