𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Our client, a reputable automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for a Quality Manager to lead their quality department. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and a proven ability to manage a team of at least 15 people.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead and manage quality operations across the facility
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
• Oversee inspection, testing, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams
• Train and mentor quality staff for continuous improvement

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• MSc Engineering Management / B.Sc. Industrial Engineering
• 35 years in Quality assurance/Quality Control, preferably in automotive industry
• Experience managing a team of 15+
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
