We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance, and maximizing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants; handle inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly

  • Coordinate and supervise vendors and service providers (maintenance, landscaping, security, etc.)

  • Monitor lease compliance and ensure timely rent collections

  • Prepare, manage, and adhere to operating budgets and financial reports

  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

  • Assist in leasing activities such as renewals, space planning, and coordination with brokers

  • Recommend and implement capital improvement projects to maintain and enhance property value

  • Maintain up-to-date property documentation, including lease files, contracts, and tenant records

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for ownership or asset managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)

  • 35 years of experience in commercial property management or real estate operations

  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases, property maintenance, and budgeting

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Buildium)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Real estate license or CPM/RPA designation is a plus
