About the job Agile Business Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Agile Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders and Agile development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality products and features that meet customer and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Agile teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure development teams are aligned and efficient.

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Support the product owner in prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.

Collaborate with developers and testers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and shared understanding.

Continuously gather feedback and use it to refine requirements and processes.

Stay up to date with Agile best practices, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst working in an Agile environment.

Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices.

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, CBAP) are a plus.
