We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Planning Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial advice, develop personalized financial plans, and help clients achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping people build financial security and wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess their financial situation, understand their goals, and gather relevant financial data.

  • Develop customized financial plans covering retirement planning, investment strategies, tax optimization, insurance needs, estate planning, and more.

  • Recommend appropriate financial products and services to help clients implement their plans effectively.

  • Monitor clients financial plans and make adjustments as life circumstances or market conditions change.

  • Educate clients on complex financial concepts and market trends in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and reviews.

  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, market developments, and industry trends.

  • Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with relevant laws, policies, and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as tax advisors, lawyers, and investment managers) to deliver holistic financial solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent designation strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience as a financial advisor, planner, or wealth manager.

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, tax planning, and retirement planning.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • High ethical standards and a genuine desire to act in the clients best interest.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
