Job Summary
The Special Projects Operative supports the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority and cross-functional projects assigned by senior management. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across departments to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to required standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects and strategic initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support project decisions.

Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates for management.

Track timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; escalate issues when required.

Support process improvements, operational enhancements, and change initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Perform ad-hoc operational or administrative tasks related to assigned projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).

1–4 years of experience in project support, operations, or a similar role.

Experience working in cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Working Conditions

Occasional travel or site visits may be required depending on project scope.
