Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with our brand and marketing goals. You will work closely with our creative team to bring visual concepts to life through compelling video storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, create, and edit engaging motion graphics and animations for video projects, social media, advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms.

Edit raw video footage, add sound, music, graphics, and effects to produce polished final content.

Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets brand standards.

Develop storyboards and visual style frames for motion graphics projects.

Ensure all videos and graphics are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve content quality and creativity.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Archive and organize project files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor.

Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and edited videos.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant software.

Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

Ability to take creative direction and work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Video Production, Animation, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.

Basic knowledge of audio mixing and voice-over editing.

Understanding of digital marketing trends and video content strategies.
