Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced female for the position of Assistant Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a female with a strong background in digital marketing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

· Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and email newsletters.

· Social Media Management: Manage the company's presence on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

· Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.

· SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

· Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

· Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
