Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and support continued growth in line with the companys strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the organization and the Operations Team.
- Make key decisions regarding company policy, planning, and strategy.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to define values, strategies, and plan for both short- and long-term goals
- Drive growth strategies focused on financial gain and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify potential vendors and understand customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners.
- Promote company products/services by addressing client needs and objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Increase the value of current clients while attracting new business.
- Explore new markets to enhance sales opportunities.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company.
- Develop competitive quotes and proposals for clients
- Train and mentor personnel, fostering skill development within the team.
Qualifications:
- MSc/MBA (preferred).
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
