Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and support continued growth in line with the companys strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the organization and the Operations Team.
  • Make key decisions regarding company policy, planning, and strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to define values, strategies, and plan for both short- and long-term goals
  • Drive growth strategies focused on financial gain and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify potential vendors and understand customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners.
  • Promote company products/services by addressing client needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Increase the value of current clients while attracting new business.
  • Explore new markets to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company.
  • Develop competitive quotes and proposals for clients
  • Train and mentor personnel, fostering skill development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • MSc/MBA (preferred).
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
