About the job Marketing & Communications Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Specialist to manage and enhance our brand presence through effective marketing campaigns and clear, engaging communications. This role combines marketing strategy, content creation, public relations, and internal/external communications to support the companys growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and communication plans that align with business goals.

Create, edit, and manage content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, website pages, and social media.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Manage the companys social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Prepare presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.

Support internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.

Assist in planning and coordinating events, sponsorships, and public appearances.

Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing activities.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Specialist or in a similar role.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
