Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive Upwork Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding, client communication, project acquisition, and profile optimization on Upwork. This role is critical in expanding our client base and increasing revenue through high-quality freelance projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Identify potential clients and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.

Conduct regular bidding on relevant projects across Upwork categories.

Maintain a high response rate and win ratio by crafting winning strategies and customized pitches.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to deliver project timelines and client satisfaction.

Track project progress, feedback, and ratings to ensure client satisfaction and profile improvement.

Stay updated with Upwork policies, trends, and platform best practices.

Generate weekly reports on leads, proposals submitted, deals closed, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
