Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients across a variety of healthcare settings. The RN will assess patient health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records in compliance with Canadian healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care in hospitals, clinics, or community health centers.

Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient progress and document clinical records accurately.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Educate patients and families on care plans, medication usage, and post-discharge needs.

Ensure adherence to infection control and safety policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.

Current registration with a provincial nursing body (e.g., CNO, CRNBC).

Valid CPR/BLS certification.

13 years of clinical experience preferred.

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
