Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation, for technical roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) to source high-quality candidates.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' technical skills, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values to attract top technical talent.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage offer processes, including compensation and benefits discussions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the tech job market to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities are in line with company policies, diversity goals, and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter in IT, software development, or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical job requirements, programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Recruitment Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical candidates and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize recruitment efforts efficiently.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate compensation packages and close candidates effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in talent acquisition or technical recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments or start-ups.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and coding interviews.
