About the job Kindergarten Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow through play-based and structured activities. The role includes planning lessons, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents to support each childs development.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in line with the curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creativity.

Teach basic skills including colors, shapes, letters, numbers, and social skills.

Observe and assess childrens performance and development; keep accurate records of progress.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and projects.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students progress and any concerns.

Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Support students in developing social, emotional, and motor skills.

Manage classroom behavior and encourage respect and kindness among students.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Valid teaching certification (as required by local regulations).

Previous experience working with young children preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
