Kindergarten Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow through play-based and structured activities. The role includes planning lessons, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents to support each childs development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in line with the curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creativity.

• Teach basic skills including colors, shapes, letters, numbers, and social skills.

• Observe and assess childrens performance and development; keep accurate records of progress.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and projects.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students progress and any concerns.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization.

• Support students in developing social, emotional, and motor skills.

• Manage classroom behavior and encourage respect and kindness among students.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Valid teaching certification (as required by local regulations).

• Previous experience working with young children preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.

• Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
