Nurse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.

• Record patients medical histories and symptoms accurately.

• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.

• Educate patients and their families about care plans, procedures, and treatments.

• Assist in diagnostic tests, collect samples, and prepare them for laboratory analysis.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment.

• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life support when necessary.

• Participate in continuous training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.

• Valid nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN as applicable).

• Proven experience as a nurse or similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software.
