Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Multinational Client Executive to manage and grow relationships with key multinational accounts. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, coordinating cross-border solutions, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to navigate complex global client structures.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned multinational clients, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Develop a deep understanding of clients global operations, business needs, and strategic goals.

Coordinate with internal teams and global offices to deliver integrated solutions and services across multiple countries.

Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, service agreements, and renewals.

Monitor and manage the delivery of agreed services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual terms.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to add value for clients.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite contacts.

Resolve client issues promptly, proactively addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.

Prepare regular reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders on account performance and service delivery.

Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting multinational clients.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Proven experience (typically 37 years) managing multinational or large corporate clients in [industry: e.g., insurance, banking, consulting].

Excellent relationship-building and client service skills with a proactive and consultative approach.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across diverse geographies.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or account management tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred:

Industry certifications relevant to the role (e.g., ACII for insurance, CFA for finance).
