Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving branch goals. This role is responsible for driving branch performance, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Financial Management: Oversee branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses to ensure profitability.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales figures, financial metrics, and operational updates to senior management.

Compliance: Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including health and safety standards.

Marketing & Promotion: Implement local marketing initiatives to increase branch visibility and attract new customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in staff development and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Islamabad market and local business landscape is advantageous.
