Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to lead advanced technical projects focused on data center technologies, particularly Cisco ACI environments. This role will serve as a Level 2 technical escalation point and will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and documenting robust network solutions that prioritize stability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-scale network infrastructures and demonstrate a proven track record in supporting complex environments, including multi-pod and multi-site ACI architectures.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, configuration, and implementation of ACI-based solutions in a complex enterprise data center environment.

Provide Level 2 technical support, acting as the final escalation point for network issues, ensuring complete resolution.

Maintain expertise in Cisco ACI including Multi-Pod and Multi-Site designs, Tenant constructs, Application Network Profiles, Contracts, Fabric Access Policies, and Layer 3 policies and routing.

Support application migration to the ACI fabric, with working knowledge preferred.

Perform network troubleshooting including underlay and overlay traffic flow analysis.

Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotating schedule.

Ensure comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Utilize tools such as CA Spectrum, ServiceNow (SNOW), PRTG, and packet analysis platforms to monitor and manage network performance.
Technical Proficiency:
-
Deep hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, including architecture, deployment, and support.

Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and multi-vendor routing and switching environments.

Familiarity with SDx, MPLS, and data center network security.

Working knowledge of Citrix, F5 load balancers, and network monitoring tools.

Experience in packet capture, traffic analysis, and network troubleshooting.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

4-6 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT operations.

Minimum of 4 years in infrastructure engineering, especially in Cisco ACI and data center technologies.

Prior experience leading projects and working in a 24/7 support environment.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
