We are seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our team for a US-based outbound campaign. The role primarily involves cold calling potential clients, promoting services, and generating leads or sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the product/service.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls, conversions, etc.).
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer interaction and data accuracy.
  • Record call details and update CRM or call logs regularly.
  • Follow communication scripts and compliance protocols.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and listening) is mandatory.
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling US customers.
  • Prior experience in international campaigns (preferably US) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
