Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing projects and campaigns.

Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Collaborate with internal teams (designers, writers, digital marketers) and external vendors or partners.

Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and content.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables.

Monitor and report on project performance, budgets, and timelines.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.

Organize and maintain marketing project documentation and files.

Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.

Assist with event planning, promotions, and other marketing activities as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite.
