We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Manager Client Advice to lead the delivery of strategic advisory services and relationship management for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tailored solutions, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing a team of advisors to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of client advisors or relationship managers.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, offering strategic guidance and support.

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to deliver proactive advice and tailored solutions.

  • Develop account plans, monitor performance, and ensure retention and growth of client portfolios.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, product, compliance) to address client needs efficiently.

  • Review client feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for client meetings and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in client advisory, account management, or relationship management.

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of financial products, professional services, or consulting (based on industry).

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in client relationship or financial advisory (e.g., CFA, CFP, or industry equivalent).

  • Experience in a consulting firm, financial institution, or professional services environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
