We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Manager Client Advice to lead the delivery of strategic advisory services and relationship management for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tailored solutions, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing a team of advisors to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of client advisors or relationship managers.

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, offering strategic guidance and support.

Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to deliver proactive advice and tailored solutions.

Develop account plans, monitor performance, and ensure retention and growth of client portfolios.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, product, compliance) to address client needs efficiently.

Review client feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for client meetings and internal stakeholders.

Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all client interactions.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in client advisory, account management, or relationship management.

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of financial products, professional services, or consulting (based on industry).

Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
