Architectural Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support the planning, design, and development of residential, commercial, or public structures. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical design skills, a passion for architecture, and proficiency in design software and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual and schematic designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and client vision

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools

Assist in creating construction documents and specifications

Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support the planning process

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design and construction

Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations

Research materials, products, and design trends to recommend innovative and sustainable solutions

Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination activities

Work with senior architects on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects

Support 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization efforts for client presentations

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Architectural Design

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software

Solid understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building materials

Creative thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics and function

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable design is a plus

Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and technical documentation experience
