Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Account Manager to grow, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will recruit new partners, nurture existing relationships, and drive performance-based growth through strategic planning and day-to-day management of affiliate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliate partners and publishers to grow program reach and revenue.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, support, and performance optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, preparing reports with actionable insights to increase ROI.

  • Develop promotional strategies, creative materials, and campaigns to support affiliates marketing efforts.

  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals.

  • Identify new opportunities for affiliate program growth, including emerging channels and partnerships.

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations across all affiliate activities.

  • Troubleshoot tracking, payment, or performance issues promptly and professionally.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and performance partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Partnership Manager, or in a similar digital marketing role.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics.

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and content marketing is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten) is an advantage.
