Description

This is an onsite role combining check collection and client-facing customer support. Youll be responsible for managing the collection of post-dated checks (PDCs) from approved clients, guiding them through the process, following up on missing checks, and keeping internal teams updated.

Youll act as the face of the company in Oman when it comes to physical PDC handling and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PDC Collection
  • Collect post-dated checks from clients or designated drop-off locations.
  • Verify all check details: correct name, date, amount, and signature.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collected checks.
  • Coordinate with the internal team in Pakistan to ensure timely processing.
  • Flag any issues such as incorrect checks or delays.
  • Handle physical storage or delivery of checks per company policy
  • Customer Support
  • Call and guide newly approved clients about PDC requirements.
  • Follow up with clients who delay or miss submissions.
  • Resolve basic client questions and redirect complex ones internally.
  • Send reminders via SMS or WhatsApp (in Arabic).
  • Log all interactions and update call records regularly.
  • Translate or draft messages in Arabic for internal use if needed.
