The Advertising Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the development, execution, and delivery of effective advertising campaigns. The Account Manager works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and delivers advertising solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and acting as a strategic partner.

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns that align with client goals and budgets.

  • Develop detailed project briefs, timelines, and budgets; ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.

  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling additional agency services.

  • Manage account financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and forecasting.

  • Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive long-term relationships.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging advertising technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management within an advertising, marketing, or media agency environment.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering successful advertising campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels and strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency with project management and CRM software tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
