We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of our company and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, ensuring financial stability, and fostering a culture of financial accountability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial health.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the Chairman and other stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial security and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Investment Decisions: Evaluate and manage investments, providing recommendations to enhance financial returns and growth.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and growth.
  • Cost Control: Implement effective cost management strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification is required.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the beverage or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
