Description

Company is seeking a dynamic, target-driven professional who can both build institutional relationships and drive sales of company's interactive displays & EdTech solutions across Pakistani schools, colleges, universities, education cooperatives, and NGOs. This person must leverage existing educational networks, design compelling pilot programs, and convert opportunities into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Manage Institutional Partnerships:
  • Reach out to and maintain relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions and cooperatives
  • Drive Full Sales Cycle:
  • Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, close, and onboard clients
  • Market Intelligence & Brand Representation:
  • Share feedback, attend conferences/events, and co-design local initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education Sector Network Minimum 35 years experience working with Pakistani schools, universities, C0-operate or NGOs
  • Sales & Negotiation Expertise Proven success in B2B or EdTech sales, with track record of closing institutional deals
  • Project & Relationship Management Strong at managing pilots and keeping partners engaged over time
  • Communication & Presentations Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and delivering persuasive pitches
  • Languages & Culture Fluent in English and Urdu; adept understanding of local education context and cooperative structures

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or tech-integrated educational deployments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies
