Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products, with deep understanding of technical specifications, features, and market applications.

Support the product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch activities, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and customer requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Act as a key point of contact for complex customer inquiries, providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support.

Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to recommend product improvements or enhancements.

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product requirements and support roadmap planning.

Qualifications:
